Yaps Mod is a third-party skin pack for the Poweramp music player, providing alternative visual interfaces and control layouts. This APK is a modified version of the original Yaps Mod skin package, intended for users who want to bypass the in-app purchase system to access all visual themes without payment.

The Yaps Mod mod requires Android 6.0 or higher and approximately 24 MB of storage. Root access is not required. The mod is compatible with Poweramp build 955 or later.

Installation follows a standard sideload process. First, enable installation from unknown sources in Android settings. Second, download the Yaps Mod APK file. Third, open the downloaded file and proceed with the installation prompt. Fourth, open Poweramp, navigate to Settings > Look and Feel > Skin, and select Yaps Mod from the available skin list.

Known edge cases exist. The Yaps Mod skin may not apply correctly if Poweramp is running in the background during installation; a restart of the music player is recommended. Updates to the official Poweramp app can sometimes break compatibility with third-party skins, requiring an updated mod APK. Since the skin is applied locally, there is no risk of account ban, but any saved skin preferences within Yaps Mod will be lost if the app data is cleared.
