Universalis Mod is a reference application for the Catholic liturgy, providing daily Mass readings, the Liturgy of the Hours, and a complete liturgical calendar. The app functions as a digital missal and breviary, structured around the official liturgical calendar of the Roman Rite.

The primary mod feature activates upon first launch. After granting storage permissions, all texts are available for immediate viewing and download without prompting for a subscription. The calendar will display all feasts and solemnities without the 'premium' indicator.

Universalis Mod requires Android 5.0 or higher. The application data, including cached texts, will occupy approximately 50-60 MB of storage. Root access is not required.

Installation follows the standard sideload process for modified APK files. First, enable installation from unknown sources in Android settings. Second, download the modified Universalis Mod APK file. Third, open the downloaded file to initiate the package installer. Fourth, confirm the installation when prompted. Finally, launch the app from the home screen.

Several edge cases exist. The modded Universalis Mod app may not receive automatic updates from the Google Play Store. If the app data is cleared, the unlocked status persists, but cached offline texts will need to be re-downloaded. The application's internal calendar synchronization with the official Universalis Mod servers is unaffected and remains functional.
