King or Fail Mod is a hybrid strategy and resource management game. Players control a kingdom, balancing construction, worker assignment, and military expansion. Known edge cases include the mod menu potentially being obscured on devices with non-standard screen aspect ratios. The high damage multiplier applies to all player units, which can trivialize combat. Progress is saved locally; clearing app data will reset all game progression, though mod features remain active upon re-playing. The mod is designed for the single-player campaign; using modified stats in any potential online or leaderboard features is untested and may carry risk.
