The primary mod feature activates upon launching Idle Skies Mod. The currency counter displays a maximum value. Spending on any aircraft, upgrade, or technology will not reduce this number. This allows for immediate progression through all content without grinding.
Idle Skies Mod requires Android 4.1 or higher. The installation requires approximately 60 MB of free storage. Root access is not required.
Installation follows the standard sideload process for modified APKs. First, download the Idle Skies Mod mod APK file. Second, enable installation from unknown sources in your Android security settings. Third, locate the downloaded file using a file manager and tap to install. Fourth, launch the game from your app drawer.
Known edge cases exist. The infinite money feature is client-side only; any server-based events are unaffected. Clearing the app's data from device settings will reset all progression, though the mod features will remain active upon restart. On some devices with custom ROMs, the game may fail to load the initial asset bundle—a device restart typically resolves this.
