What This Mod Unlocks
- All advertisements within the AMPLayer Mod interface have been disabled. This includes banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads that typically appear during app launch or between video browsing sessions.
- The modded APK is based on version 3.0.2. It retains all original playback features, format support, and hardware acceleration.
The primary modification is the removal of the ad-serving network integration. No premium features or paid UI themes are unlocked, as the official AMPLayer Mod does not contain such in-app purchases. The mod focuses solely on eliminating ad revenue modules.
Activation Note
The ad removal is applied automatically upon installation. No user activation, mod menu, or special configuration is required. The interface will simply be free of ad placeholders and video interruptions.
Requirements
Android 6.0 or higher is required. The installation requires approximately 18 MB of storage. Root access is not necessary.
Installation Steps
- Download the AMPLayer Mod mod APK file.
- Enable installation from unknown sources in your Android settings.
- Open the downloaded file and proceed with the installation.

Known Edge Cases
- If you clear the app data or reinstall, the modded state persists as it is baked into the APK.
- Some third-party subtitle fetching services, if used, may still trigger web-view based promotions; these are not part of the core app's ad network.
- On Android TV devices, the interface remains identical to the official version, just without ad banners.
